How are points assigned to platform users?

There are two methods:

• Manual (30 users or fewer): Go to Points > Wallet > Manage points > Manually.
  1. Select "Assign points"
  2. Enter the reason
  3. Choose the users
  4. Enter the amount to assign to each user.
• From file (more than 30 users): Go to Points > Wallet > Manage points > From file.
  1. Select "Assign points"
  2. Download the CSV template
  3. Fill it out without the example row. Save as CSV.
  4. Upload it and confirm.
