How do I save the template for bulk points administration?

To avoid errors when uploading make sure to:

• Not modify the column headers.
• Avoid commas and special characters (e.g. $ or &).
• Delete the example row (keeping the headers).
• Required format: Save as CSV (Comma-separated values).

🛠 Technical tip: If the file fails open it with a text editor to verify it uses commas (,) and not semicolons (;). We recommend using Google Sheets.
